How do I find out more about cosmetic surgery or other cosmetic procedures?
Dr. Brill is one of only two Board Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons in the area. He has extensive experience and a history of satisfied patients undergoing facial cosmetic procedures as well as facial reconstructive procedures due to trauma, fracture, cancer, and otherwise disfiguring or appearance altering injuries. To discuss your goals and realistic outcomes, Dr. Brill will perform a thorough examination and open conversation regarding options and expected outcomes. Before and After photos of actual surgeries performed by Dr. Brill are available for you to view during your consultation. The cost for a cosmetic consultation is $100 and is typically not covered by insurance. Cosmetic surgery must be paid in full at least two (2) weeks prior to the procedure and can sometimes be scheduled in as little as two (2) weeks from your consultation.
Do I have to have a Referral to schedule an appointment?
We are in network with most major insurance carriers such as BlueCross BlueShield, Medicare Part B, UnitedHealth Care, Cigna, etc.; however, if your policy has a contractual network of providers then please verify with your carrier that Dr. Alan Brill and/or Midland Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic is in-network with your specific policy.
You can typically expect an available appointment within one (1) week of your request. We often have availability within two (2) business days and make every attempt to accommodate urgent work-ins as quickly as possible. Dr. Brill is the only physician in our office, so rarely, but occasionally, availability is delayed further than normal.
