If you are experiencing ANY of the following, then, unfortunately, we will need to refer to your primary care provider or free online visit from Prisma Health or MUSC for screening, testing, and/or treatment.
a cough of any kind, chest tightness, chest congestion, bronchitis symptoms, pneumonia symptoms, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
a fever over 99.9*,
swollen glands/lymph nodes, show any signs of viral infection, have been in direct or indirect contact with anyone with these symptoms or otherwise ill,
have recently traveled anywhere outside of the country
We request that you complete your paperwork prior to your appointment electronically. You should receive an email invitation to fill out your paperwork at least three (3) days prior to your appointment. You can alternatively request the short form to print and fill out to bring with you to your appointment along with your insurance card and photo ID.
We encourage you to submit any questions or prescription refill requests via our online patient portal. If you do not already have an account on our patient portal, please send us a message with your request.
We do NOT offer flu or antigen testing of ANY KIND in our office. Please refer to your primary care physician, a free online visit with Prisma Health or MUSC for screening, testing, and/or treatment.
