Our office is currently following normal business hours but is taking advised precautions with regards to sanitizing, disinfecting, and implementing preventative measures to protect you, your family, and our own healthcare providers and employees. However, please be aware of the following information prior to your visit:


  • If you are experiencing ANY of the following, then, unfortunately, you will NOT be seen by our office at this time and should refer to your primary care provider or free online visit from Prisma Health or MUSC for screening, testing, and/or treatment. We are in the process of implementing Telehealth for virtual visits and will update once that feature is available:
    • a cough of any kind,
    • a fever over 99.9*,
    • shortness of breath or difficulty breathing,
    • chest tightness,
    • chest congestion,
    • bronchitis symptoms,
    • pneumonia symptoms,
    • swollen glands/lymph nodes,
    • or show any signs of viral infection,
    • have been in direct or indirect contact with anyone with these symptoms or otherwise ill,
    • have recently traveled anywhere outside of the country;


  • As Recommended by Presidential Guidelines, we will belimiting our office visits to URGENT care visits only at this time.  We will make/keep your appointment if you are experiencing pain or that otherwise need urgent medical attention such as facial fractures, repair of open skin wounds or lesions, ear infections, etc.


  • We request that you complete your paperwork via the email invitation sent to you prior to your appointment.  Although we are sanitizing the tablets now used for patient paperwork in the office, it will reduce the handling of the tablets and the spread of germs.  If you have not received an email with your paperwork at least three (3) days prior to your appointment, please call our office or send us a message to request your paperwork.


  • We do NOT offer flu or antigen testing of ANY KIND in our office.  Please refer to your primary care physician, a free online visit with Prisma Healthor MUSCfor screening, testing, and/or treatment.


  • We encourage you to submit any questions or prescription refill requests via our online patient portal.  If you do not already have an account on our patient portal, please send us a message to request a portal invitation, or you may ask your question via message from this website although your private healthcare information is not protected as guaranteed by the patient portal.


  • We share an office space and waiting room with Hear Again America, a separate entitiy, so you may be exposed to contact with individuals who are not subject to the same screening requirements as individuals seen by Dr. Brill.  You are also exposed to individuals on the hospital/medical park campus that may be experiencing the symptoms listed above and who are on campus for COVID-19 testing due to physician order for symptoms at the PRISMA HEALTH testing site on campus.
